We are excited to help you find a place to call your home sweet home. My STL Rental Team works with budgets of $1800 or more for a monthly rental amount. If you have any evictions, broken leases, or owe past landlords on your credit report for anything (water bill, trash, rent, etc.), please DO NOT continue. These will need to be paid or settled with documentation as proof before we can more forward.

When renting a home, the deposit is the same amount as the rent. Example, if rent is $2,500, the deposit will be $2,500, so $5,000 total would be due prior to moving in. Do you have the funds to cover both the deposit and first months rent for your maximum budget? *
